Terms & Conditions

1. Summer Cruise Holiday (“SCH”) accepts no responsibility for passengers or their property failing to be at designated points at designated times or for any loss or damage arising out of such failure.
2. SCH reserves the right to change or cancel the tour according to weather or sea conditions and may alter or omit advised stopping places.
3. Payment: All fares quoted are in Malaysian currency. Payment is to be made prior to travel or on embarkation of tour. We accept RM, cash, bank draft, or telegraphic transfer to our bank account at the following address:

4. We reserve the right to alter fares at any time without notice.
5. A 'Non-Refundable' deposits of 50% of the total amount is payable upon confirmation.
6. The remaining 50% being the final payment to be settled in full not later than 14 days before arrival. In the event of bookings made less than 1 days before arrival, a full payment is to be made once confirmed. Confirmation must be made not later than 7 days before arrival.
7. Any bookings without payment within the stipulated terms will be consired as CANCELLED.

   8 days and above	50% of total tour price
   within 2-7 days	75% of total tour price
   within 24 hours or No Show	100% of total tour price
